Hydro, Water, Painting, & Cupboards

Monday started out with the hydro trucks bringing the wires into the apartment & today the water was running to flush the new well out. The toilets, bathtubs, & vanities all have water running to them now.

The metal hall trim has been painted white & the solid wood doors have been painted my favourite Benjamin Moore ', Kendell Grey'. It is my go-to colour for doors, that & of course, Cloud White!

The apartment foyer closet door looks great painted!

It is so light & bright with the LED pot lights illuminated with the hydro running through them!

The back exit door looks great with the commercial grey carpet.

All the fridges & stoves have been brought into the apartment units & will soon be installed.

The handicap bathroom is very spacious with a five-foot turnaround in the middle!

The ceramic heaters are now installed on the wall to create a cozy warm apartment.

Jeff & I went over the handle & knob placement for the kitchen cupboards & Bill did an IKEA run in Toronto to get more handles & garbage canisters for the pull-out cupboard under the kitchen sink.

The hood ranges were being installed today as well.

The hallway ceiling looks really good & is bright with all those lights. The moving blankets were put down by Bill, he has moved so much of my stuff from Ontario over the past 10 years that I think he could be a professional mover! The door trim in cloud white enhances the grey doors & soon there will be a hall rug reveals, wow it looks so good in the Eel River Apartment!

I'll show more next Friday.
Thanks for stopping in to see the progress.

Have a great weekend, wherever you are!
Cynthia
